WELLNESS CLASSES

BEST Balance Training
A small class offered within the facility that practices balance skills. This may include standing on different types of surfaces and trying to peform movements that could challenge your balance. Balance is effected by strength so there will be strength building of the lower body.

BEST Back Care
A small class offered within the facility that focuses on spine education, postural improvements, flexibility and strength. This class focuses on the BEST exercises that are proven to alleviate back pain, slow the disease process, and allow a more quality life with minimal pain.

BEST Yoga
A small class offered by an experienced yoga instructor that offers hands on adjustments and education on the purpose of the poses. Modifications will be offered based on the participants individual needs. The class will be suited for the beginner yoga student to the more advanced. This will be done within the BEST training gym and it is preferred that each person bring their own yoga mat.
