The goal of BEST recovery services is to help all our clients reduce post workout or post-game muscle soreness and repair their body  in an ideal time frame  in order to be ready for their next training day or event. Whole Body Cryotherapy: is used to relieve symptoms of inflammation, swelling, muscle spasms, and pain in chronic injuries. It has been shown to boost nutrient rich blood speeding up the recovery process.

Infrared Sauna: 3 in 1 system to contribute to relaxation, detoxification, weight loss, decreased muscle soreness, improved flexibility, decreased joint pain and increased circulation.

Myofascial Decompression Cupping Therapy: use of suction cups on the body to release muscle tension, detoxify, assist in myofascial release, rehydrating the injured tissue, return oxygen and blood to tight tissue while removing the toxin and waste

Graston Technique: using stainless steel instruments the goal of this technique is to reduce your pain and increase function by breaking down scar tissue and fascia restrictions, stretch connective tissue and promote a better healing environment for the tissue

One on One Assisted Stretch: Specific stretches to target tight or shortened muscles and tissue lead by a BEST specialist. The purpose is to elongate the tissue, reduce muscle soreness, reduce stiffness, and increase mobility and range of motion.

Yoga Classes: A small class offered by an experienced yoga instructor that offers hands on adjustments and education on the purpose of the poses. One on one yoga sessions are offered for a more personalized session.

Personalized Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFR): uses a pneumatic tourniquet cuff applied to the most proximal region of the upper and lower extremities to maintain arterial flow while restricting venous return in order to enhance hypertrophy and strength of working muscles during exercise. Eliminates muscle soreness and downtime.

Personal Training Services: Unsure how to set goals for your optimal performance? Meet with a trainer to come up with a plan.  If you are someone that is recovering or has just recovered from an injury, you may be hesistant to return to your prior exercise regime. A BEST trainer will customize a program built around your injury in order to return you to your goals safely.
